Required: RN licensure in the state, BLS on hire, ACLS and other certifications within defined timelines. Preference for BSN/MSN degrees and current state licensure validity.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• RN license in the applicable state with current permit.
• BLS certification required on hire.
• ACLS required within 3 months for specified departments.
• PALS required within 3 months for ED and float pools.
• NRP required within 3 months for L&D, Mother/Baby, NICU.
• Preferred: BSN or MSN degree.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates patient care using a multidisciplinary approach.
• Develops and updates care plans for newly admitted patients.
• Delivers nursing interventions per the medical plan of care.
• Performs procedures in designated specialty areas.
• Documents nursing care accurately in patient records.
