Tenet Healthcare is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct clinical patient care across shifts, assess and plan care, implement interventions, and supervise staff to ensure safe, high-quality nursing. You will coordinate multidisciplinary care, document care accurately, perform unit-specific procedures, and support Bartlett-based facilities.

Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license; BLS required on hire; ACLS and PALS within required timeframes

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• RN with current applicable state licensure/permit.
• BLS certification required upon hire for all nursing positions.
• ACLS required within 3 months of hire for Emergency Dept & Medical Response Team RNs.
• PALS required within 3 months of hire for Emergency Dept., Float Pool RNs and related units.
• NRP required within 3 months of hire for L&D, Mother/Baby and NICU RNs (Bartlett hires).
• Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's).

Responsabilités

• Provides direct clinical patient care per shift with assessment, planning, and implementation of care.
• Supervises staff and delegates appropriate care.
• Coordinates patient care using a multi-disciplinary approach.
• Develops care plans for newly admitted patients and updates as conditions change.
• Delivers nursing interventions in alignment with the medical plan of care.
• Documents nursing care accurately in patient records and ensures privacy of information.
• Performs procedures in the relevant specialty service areas.
