The role emphasizes coordinating care with a multi-disciplinary team, developing plans of care for new admissions, delivering nursing interventions, documenting care, and performing related duties across units.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• RN with current applicable state licensure/permit
• BLS certification required on hire
• ACLS required within 3 months for specified units
• PALS required within 3 months for ED and float pool
• NRP required within 3 months for L&D/ Mother&Baby/NICU
• CPI required within 3 months for ED RN
• Float pool and Bartlett hires may float to Behavioral Health/ED

Responsabilités

• Coordinates patient care using a multi-disciplinary approach
• Develops care plans for newly admitted patients and updates as needs change
• Delivers designated nursing interventions aligned with the medical plan of care
• Performs procedures in designated nursing areas
• Documents nursing care accurately in patient records
• Performs related duties as required
