Job summary

HHS Culinary and Nutrition Solutions, LLC (USA) seeks an experienced Lead Registered Dietitian to guide a team of dietitians and coordinate medical nutrition therapy across inpatient and outpatient care at Boardman, OH. You will build relationships with physicians and nursing staff to improve patient satisfaction and nutritional outcomes.

The role requires a RD with state licensure and CDR, a relevant degree, and 3+ years’ experience.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian with Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Licensed dietitian as required by state regulations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food and Nutrition or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2+ registered dietitians.
• Oversee hiring, scheduling, training, and coaching.
• Provide nutritional assessments and interventions in inpatient and outpatient care.
• Educate patients, families, nursing, food service, and staff on nutrition needs.
• Support regulatory compliance and QAPI projects.
• Document patient assessments and nutrition plans in medical records.
