Job summary

Pomeroy Living is seeking a Registered Dietitian to bridge kitchen and clinic, guiding nutritional care across resident populations. You will participate in menu planning with the Chef, complete MDS assessments, and coach dietary staff, driving high-quality, compliant nutrition.

You will collaborate with medical teams, deliver resident education, and ensure meals meet physician orders and dietary restrictions in a clinical setting at our Michigan facilities in Rochester Hills and Sterling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics/Nutrition is required.
• Current RD credential and licensure to practice as a dietitian in Michigan.
• 3+ years clinical experience preferred; 1–2 years supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with electronic health records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Ensure timely, accurate completion of dietary portions of MDS, RAP, and Resident Care Planning.
• Monitor meal service to ensure nutritious, well-prepared, and palatable meals per menus and orders.
• Assess patients' nutritional needs and provide counseling on healthy eating and disease management.
