Job summary

TRS Staffing Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to support refinery, energy, and industrial capital projects in the Pacific Northwest. The role combines leadership of engineering, procurement, and construction activities to deliver safe, on-time and within-budget outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of industrial project experience and 4+ years in project management, with exposure to refinery, oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial facilities, and the ability to collaborate with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or another related technical discipline.
• Equivalent project management experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 8 years of related industrial project experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of Project Management experience managing engineering and capital projects.
• Experience supporting refinery, oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage capital engineering and procurement projects from initiation through project closeout.
• Oversee projects up to approximately $60M Total Installed Cost (TIC).
• Establish project objectives, execution strategies, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project requirements.
• Support proposal development and planning for new project opportunities and future project phases.
