Job summary

Airswift is seeking an experienced Project Manager IV to lead capital projects across refining, petrochemical, oil, and gas environments. The role emphasizes FEL development, Project Execution Plans, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and strong compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualified candidates will have 10+ years of PM experience, on-site refinery collaboration across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Procurement, and proven leadership of cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects from concept through completion.
• Plan, design, execute, construct, commission, startup and closeout within safety, quality, schedule, and budget targets.
• Develop and execute Project Execution Plans and FEL development.
• Engage stakeholders and manage risks across refinery operations.
