Job summary

TeamBradley, Inc. in Orlando is seeking an experienced Learning & Development leader to shape how its recruiters learn and perform.

You will design and deliver elite training, oversee onboarding programs, and coach teams from junior to senior levels in a fast-growing firm serving Fortune 500 clients. This onsite role requires hands-on coaching, live and virtual sessions, and the ability to translate complex deals into practical learning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running a full recruitment desk
• Experience coaching recruiters at scale and in management roles
• Proven ability to design onboarding and development programs
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Delivering 3-6 live boardroom training sessions weekly alongside 2-4 virtual sessions via Teams
• Coaching on the floor, one-to-one with consultants on live calls and deals
• Running new starter programs, experienced hire programs, and management tracks
• Writing, rewriting, and managing training content in the LMS (Dayforce)
• Participating in weekly sales meetings and running sales days with senior leadership
• Meeting with managers to diagnose performance gaps
