• Knowledge of candidate attraction channels and market mapping.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to manage end-to-end sourcing processes.
• Own delivery of qualified pipelines against requisitions.
• Build networks of candidates in priority markets.
• Develop market intelligence on org structures, comp, and trends.
• Partner with in-house Executive Search.
• Screen candidates compliantly and engage them.
• Measure outcomes to improve quality, time, and cost.
• Provide feedback on talent markets across EMEA and NA.
• Ensure adherence to hiring policies and guidelines.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.

Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Talent Sourcer/Recruiter - Front Office Hiring to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing revenue-generating talent across Banking, Wealth, Markets, and related front-office functions and a proven ability to build and deliver high-quality candidate pipelines and market intelligence to meet hiring goals.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers and recruitment partners to manage end-to-end talent sourcing processes.
• Own the delivery of qualified candidate pipelines against assigned requisitions.
• Build and maintain networks of candidates in priority disciplines and markets.
• Develop and present market intelligence, including org structures, role scope, compensation, benefits, and market trends.
• Partner with the in-house Executive Search function.
• Conduct compliant screening and engagement with prospective candidates.
• Measure and improve outcomes to enhance quality, time, and cost for executive and specialist hiring.
• Provide feedback to stakeholders on talent markets across EMEA and North America.
• Ensure adherence to hiring policies, procedures, and best-practice sourcing guidelines.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Direct sourcing delivery experience in-house, via RPO, or within a recruitment agency.
• Proven experience sourcing revenue-generating hires across Banking, Wealth, or Markets.
• Expert sourcing capabilities using social media channels, Boolean and x-ray search techniques.
• Strong knowledge of candidate attraction channels and market mapping.
• Credibility with candidates and business leaders with the ability to influence outcomes.
• Subject matter expertise with networks for market intelligence, referrals, and pipelining.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex sourcing and research assignments.
• Experience managing candidates through structured recruitment processes.
• Ownership mindset with accountability for delivery and outcomes.
• Familiarity with Workday and Eightfold is beneficial.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting Investment Banking, Wealth, Markets, or Services hiring.
• Experience partnering with executive search or executive recruiting teams.
