Duration: 12+ Months Contract with possible extension

Job Summary:

• As a temporary member of our Executive Recruiting team within Talent Acquisition, you will serve as a strategic talent research and intelligence expert on a global scale. In this role, you will own the entirety of the top-of-the-funnel approach for Sr. Director and VP searches across the globe, utilizing deep market insights to identify and engage world-class leadership.
• You will lead with curiosity to calibrate complex role requirements, develop sophisticated sourcing strategies, and maintain high accountability in a fast-paced environment. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sourcing: Own the complete top-of-the-funnel recruitment cycle, including advanced internet research, database mining, and professional networking.
• Talent Intelligence: Act as a subject matter expert on market trends, providing data-driven insights to help calibrate searches and set expectations with hiring managers.
• Candidate Engagement: Craft polished and engaging outreach messages to executive-level talent and track engagement rates to proactively iterate and evolve outreach strategies.
• Candidate Assessment: Screen, interview, and register prospective executive-level candidates, ensuring a high-touch, professional experience.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to review talent pools and assist in the strategic advancement of the company’s people development and equal employment goals.
• Project Management: Handle multiple global requests simultaneously with the agility to pivot strategies based on real-time feedback and market shifts.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years as a Talent Researcher or Sourcer, including at least 1+ year focused on Executive-level roles (in-house or agency).
• Global Mindset: Proven willingness and ability to engage talent across multiple time zones and international borders.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the executive presence required to interact with high-level leadership and passive prospects.
• Analytical Rigor: Ability to understand, analyze, and effectively communicate recruiting data and talent market intelligence.

Niche Expertise:

• Demonstrated success in "keep-warm" strategies—nurturing and engaging passive prospects—ideally with expertise in high-scale platform/Infrastructure and Services Tech environments.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Ability to authentically represent the company’s employer brand and serve as a primary ambassador to the external market.
• Soft Skills: High levels of curiosity, agility, and a collaborative spirit.

Desired:

• Comfortable with simultaneously supporting multiple recruiters across many functions.
• Experience with LinkedIn Insights, Thrive, Eightfold, Talent Mapping, and AI tools.
