Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma and supervisory experience required.
• LADCII, CADAC or bachelor's degree in human services or related field preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Director of RSN services in ensuring RSN services are delivered per contract.
• Providing ongoing training and supervisory support to RSN staff.
• Serving as a point of contact in the absence of the Director of RSN Services.
• Participating in QA and compliance activities such as record reviews and audits.
• Assisting with episode management in the electronic health record system.
