Divergent is seeking a Software Architect to lead the Robotics & AI Software Team. You will define system-level designs across real-time robotics control, planning/optimization, and generative AI, using C++ and Python, GUI development, and scalable deployment.

You will own end-to-end architecture, integrate with ROS/ROS2, MoveIt, and manufacturing systems, and drive CI/CD, testing, and mentoring across several teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s in CS/Robotics/AI/ML with 5+ years of architecture/design experience.
• Expert in modern C++ (C++17+) and Python; real-time, multithreaded software design.
• Experience with ROS/ROS2, MoveIt, and robotics stacks.
• CI/CD, containerization with Docker/Kubernetes, and build systems like CMake.

Aufgaben

• Own system architecture for multithreaded C++ and Python across robotics control, AI, and optimization.
• Architect end-to-end solutions from design to deployment: GUIs, diagnostics, monitoring, simulation, calibration, fault-detection.
• Design scalable integrations with ROS/ROS2, sensors, and manufacturing systems.
• Define architecture for planning/optimization and generative AI/agents.
• Establish CI/CD, containerization, automated testing, and engineering best practices across teams.
• Lead technical design reviews and mentoring; collaborate cross-functionally across multiple domains.
• Drive commissioning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement; support production hardware integration.
