Job summary

Raisin seeks a Team Lead of Deposit Operations, Synchronised Models, to oversee high-frequency deposit flows and the operational backbone of our real-time marketplace. You will manage the Sync Model Team, ensure data integrity, and lead governance across partner interfaces while driving automation and risk mitigation.

You will collaborate with Product, Tech, and DtB partners to optimize processes, scale onboarding of new partners, and maintain regulatory compliance in a complex, multi-market

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Operations/FinTech with Raisin-like platforms.
• Familiarity with internal ledger systems and high-frequency transaction flows.
• Strong governance and four-eyes principle controls in real-time processes.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and partner relationships to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise real-time payment flows and corrective postings.
• Perform daily reconciliations between ledgers and partner data; investigate discrepancies.
• Lead liaison for Sync Model DtBs; monitor interface uptime and latency per reg requirements.
• Coordinate technical upgrades and ensure rollouts maintain data integrity and stability.
• Partner with Product and Tech to define operational requirements and drive automation.
