Job summary
Raisin is seeking a Bank Analytics team member to deliver timely insights on market and platform developments and guide funding strategies for our partner banks. You will analyze European and US markets, provide forecasts and actionable growth plans, and work closely with Raisin teams to unlock growth.
You should have 2+ years in finance or consulting, excellent English, and a strong academic background. German is a plus, and SQL/Python skills are welcome as supporting tools.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in consulting, banking, or financial services.
- Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus.
- Strong academic background in business, finance, economics, or similar field.
- High attention to detail and excellent organization.
- Growth mindset and hands-on attitude.
- Nice to have SQL and/or Python.
Responsibilities
- Drive market and funding intelligence across European and US deposit markets to deliver clear insights.
- Provide strategic funding advice and growth strategies to partner banks.
- Develop understanding of banks' requirements and align with Raisin's platform.
