Job summary

FIS is seeking an experienced product leader to drive the Reciprocal Deposits platform. You will own product direction, design choices, launch readiness, adoption, pricing inputs, and sales enablement, collaborating with engineers, treasury leads, operations, compliance, and marketing.

You will manage the commercial success model, define positioning, and convert capabilities into customer-ready artifacts while ensuring regulatory and audit readiness across the network.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Experience building platform/infrastructure, banking, payments, treasury or fintech products.
• Experience working directly with engineering on technical systems.
• Experience managing cross-functional delivery across product, engineering, legal, compliance, operations, support, finance and GTM.
• Strong written communication skills (PRDs, memos, launch plans).
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, regulated, high-stakes environments.
• Experience owning product outcomes including adoption, GTM readiness, pricing inputs, launch metrics.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy for Reciprocal Deposits, MVP scope, pilot requirements, scale path and commercial readiness gates.
• Build the roadmap for allocation, reciprocal matching, capacity management, recall orchestration, settlement evidence, reporting and pricing telemetry.
• Partner with GTM and Commercial teams for founder-bank selection, network viability assumptions and adoption path across priority clients.
• Write PRDs, launch plans, operating requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and decision memos.
• Own requirements for customer enrollment, onboarding, exclusions, insurance cap enforcement, capacity profiles, allocation logic, and reciprocal matching.
• Develop evidence allocation reports, audit logs, settlement outputs and compliance exports.
