Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in deposit/payments or banking ops.
• 5+ years in senior leadership managing multi-function teams.
• Experience across processing, fraud ops, onboarding, and contact centers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large multi-disciplinary operations organization with emphasis on leadership development and risk ownership.
• Provides executive oversight for all deposit and payment processing activities ensuring accuracy, resiliency, and capacity across platforms and vendors.
• Oversee 1LoD controls for BSA/AML/KYC, CIP, and customer due diligence processes.
• Drive platform modernization, automation, and vendor/fintech integrations.
• Design a scalable operating model aligned with growth and regulatory expectations.
• Ensure compliance and exam readiness across the department.
