Qualifications

• Master's or Post Graduate degree in Finance.
• 3-4 years of US Commercial Real Estate experience in a KPO/Consulting Firm or Financial Services Company.
• Experience underwriting and due diligence for CRE investments.

Responsibilities

• Lead analyst on projects for US/UK/Asia-based banks, lenders, managers and advisory firms.
• Design work approaches based on client type and objectives.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis and present results.
• Conduct detailed financial modeling and valuation assignments.
• Maintain independent communication with the client and guide them through deliverables.
• Assist project lead with timelines and section progress.
• Aid decision making related to client management.
• Conduct sanity checks based on knowledge and data.
• Identify and escalate risks/issues to project leads.
