Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Equity Debt & Structured Finance group in Charlotte seeks a Financial Analyst to support a leading broker team. You will prepare financial analyses, assist in creating debt and equity memoranda, and help develop models and marketing materials for assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; MBA a plus.
• 1–3 years of commercial real estate financial analysis experience.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to build, analyze, and summarize complex financial models in Excel and Argus.
• Experience utilizing AI tools and resources.

Responsibilities

• Prepare debt and/or equity offering memoranda for clients and lenders.
• Manage the graphic design process of memoranda with a designer; create tables, graphs, and summaries.
• Prepare debt sizings to determine financing options.
• Prepare financial models in Excel and Argus for valuation and pricing structures.
• Assist in collecting and evaluating due diligence for transactions.
• Prepare pro forma statements reflecting cash flow and market conditions.
• Research and evaluate market feasibility for real estate transactions.
• Understand real estate documents to identify issues or inconsistencies.
• Generate weekly reports on each transaction’s marketing status.
• Collect lender and investor bids and summarize in detailed quotes matrices.
• Prepare and manage lists of lenders, investors, and contacts.
