Frederick Fox is seeking a Senior Development Accountant to support financial accounting, reporting, and analysis for real estate development projects. You will work with the Development Portfolio Controller, Development Manager, and project teams to manage fixed assets, tenant improvements, capital expenditures, and related transactions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• CPA designation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee accounting activities for real estate development projects in line with GAAP.
• Analyze leasing activity for fixed asset transactions and related entries.
• Review contracts to determine proper accounting treatment.
• Prepare quarterly project financial updates and reports.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and forecast variances.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve accounting questions and discrepancies.
