Job summary
TheMenkitiGroup is seeking a premier Lead Real Estate Agent to serve as the primary production driver for our company-owned portfolio across DC, Maryland, and Virginia. You will command pricing strategy, oversee complex transactions, and act as a brand ambassador within our integrated multi-pillar advisory model.
You will mentor teammates, advise VIP clients, and collaborate with Mission Mortgage and Town & Country Insurance to deliver coordinated real estate, financing, and risk management
Qualifications
- Active real estate license in DC, MD, and VA or plan to obtain in 30 days.
- Minimum 5+ years of residential real estate sales with team leadership.
- Experience managing in-house property portfolios and VIP clientele.
- Ability to integrate sales, mortgage, and insurance into client strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own company-owned portfolio listings and drive pricing, positioning, and disposition.
- Structure and negotiate complex multi-party transactions.
- Advise high-net-worth clients and VIP stakeholders.
- Mentor team members and share best practices.
- Draft and oversee buyer representation and listing agreements.
- Collaborate with Mission Mortgage and Town & Country Insurance on integrated solutions.
- Ensure SLA-driven timely strategy presentations and client deliverables.
