Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. in Maryland is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day Ready Mix concrete plant operations across Central, Southern, Western, and Eastern Maryland, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will lead plant personnel, coordinate maintenance, optimize production schedules, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with OSHA, quality standards, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Industrial Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3–5+ years of experience in ready-mix, concrete production, or a similar manufacturing environment
• Experience overseeing Ready Mix operations, concrete batching processes, and plant production activities
• Knowledge of concrete mix designs, batching procedures, material specifications, testing requirements, and quality standards
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a plant or industrial setting

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Ready Mix plant operations, ensuring safe, efficient production and meeting customer delivery schedules
• Supervise concrete production processes, ensuring batching accuracy and quality
• Monitor production schedules and dispatch coordination to maximize plant efficiency and minimize downtime
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment inspections for plant equipment
• Maintain accurate production records and inventory levels
