Job summary

Titan America’s S&W Ready Mix Concrete unit in Elizabethtown, NC seeks a Plant Supervisor to direct all plant operations ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will manage production, maintenance, and delivery activities while upholding environmental standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership of the hourly workforce, adherence to OSHA guidelines, and coordination with Dispatch for timely deliveries. Prior concrete plant management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have thorough knowledge of automated batch plant operation.
• Must be able to obtain ACI Level I Field Testing Technician and NC DOT Batch Certification within 1 year of hire.
• Ability to supervise hourly workforce with discretion, instruction, and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Supervise plant employees and drivers in production and delivery.
• Ensure product quality and adequate inventories to meet customer needs.
• Schedule material deliveries per Dispatch guidance and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Maintain safe workplace per company policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Operate ready mix batch plant using automated batching system.
• Inspect facilities and equipment; coordinate maintenance and housekeeping.
