Job summary

NeurAbilities in Lancaster, PA is looking for a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children using Applied Behavior Analysis. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience working as an RBT.
• Experience working with children and adolescents with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Must work at least 35 hours per week with availability up to 40 hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one services using Applied Behavior Analysis methods.
• Implement instructional and behavior support plans.
• Collaborate with families and treatment team members.

Skills

Experience working with children and adolescents with Autism

RBT Certification

40 Hour RBT training

Good communication skills

Ability to lift 50 lbs

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
