Job summary

NeurAbilities Healthcare is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for our Bethlehem, PA team to support children through ABA-based services in clinic, home, or school settings. The role emphasizes one-to-one client work with a focus on meaningful behavior change.

We offer paid training, path to BCBA or administrative roles, mileage reimbursement, 30+ hours per week, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, and a 401K where eligible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 40 Hour RBT training certificate.
• RBT Certification.
• 1+ years of experience as RBT.
• In the process of accruing BACB hours.
• Valid PA or NJ driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Work one-to-one with clients in office, home, and/or school settings using ABA.
• Implement instructional and behavior support plans and collect data.
• Maintain client program books and materials.
• Assist clients in daily living, social, academic and play skills.
• Establish therapeutic relationships with clients and caregivers.
• Promote communication and problem-solving skills.
• Follow treatment plan goals and consult when needed.
• Collaborate with family and treatment team members.

1+ years RBT experience
