Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA in Clifton, NJ is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to supervise classrooms, mentor BTs/RBTs, and collaborate with BCBAs to implement goals. You’ll design activities, manage schedules, handle data, and communicate with families. This on-site role requires an active RBT cert and at least 6 months of center-based experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unexpired RBT certification required and must be maintained.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience as an RBT in a center-based service setting.
• BCBA supervision and status, or BCBA student status preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on ABA therapy one-on-one or in groups with consistency.
• Implement BCBA-designed goals and data collection.
• Collaborate with BCBAs on treatment integrity and client goals.
• Maintain accurate session notes and Central Reach documentation within 24 hours.
• Mentor BTs/RBTs and lead classroom organization and programming.
