Qualifications

• Active, unexpired RBT certification required and maintained.
• Minimum 6 months RBT experience in center-based services.
• BCBA student status strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with accurate reports and notes.
• Comfort learning new systems like Central Reach.
• Internal candidates must meet 80% competency and be in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on ABA therapy one-on-one or in groups.
• Implement BCBA-designed goals: reinforcement, DTT, and behavior reduction.
• Adapt strategies with BCBA guidance while ensuring treatment integrity.
• Conduct and assist with stimulus preference assessments and goals.
• Maintain sharp data collection, notes, and program books; log in Central Reach within 24 hours.
• Design creative teaching materials to enhance learning.
