Job summary

Applied ABC in Woburn, MA is seeking an experienced Lead RBT to grow into a leadership-focused role. You will provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy, mentor fellow RBTs, and support BCBAs while upholding clinical and team standards.

This on-site position offers a salary of $55,000–$62,000 per year, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional development and career growth within a growing ABA organization. Schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing.
• 2+ years of ABA/RBT experience preferred.
• Leadership, mentoring, or training experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of ABA principles and data collection.
• Flexibility to support evening and weekend coverage when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy and implement BCBA-designed plans.
• Mentor and support RBTs through coaching and feedback.
• Assist with onboarding and training new RBTs.
• Support treatment integrity, documentation, and data collection.
• Communicate client progress to supervising BCBAs.
• Assist with center coverage and daily needs.
• Promote a positive, professional team environment.
