Job summary

Applied ABC in Glendale, AZ seeks a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to supervise and develop the RBT team while delivering quality 1:1 ABA therapy. This on-site role partners with BCBAs to ensure clinical consistency and strong client outcomes.

The ideal candidate has an active RBT, at least 2 years of ABA experience, and the ability to mentor peers. Bilingual English/Spanish required; schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA or RBT experience preferred.
• Experience mentoring, training, onboarding, or supporting other RBTs strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavior intervention plans, and data collection.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor RBTs, providing hands-on coaching and feedback.
• Assist with onboarding, shadowing, and development of new RBTs.
• Support treatment integrity and consistency with supervising BCBA.
• Maintain accurate data collection and client progress communication.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and families to ensure high-quality client care.
