Job summary

Behavioral Innovations in Conroe, TX is seeking a Clinical Trainer / Lead RBT to supervise BTs and RBTs under BCBA direction. You will ensure BACB-aligned training milestones, coordinate with BCBAs, and drive progress toward clinical goals in a busy clinic.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of ABA early intervention experience.
• Previous leadership experience supervising staff.
• Current RBT certification and RBT IV or higher (internal).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BCBAs to ensure effective Therapy Team operations.
• Oversee training for new BTs and RBTs and ensure progress.
• Maintain organization and timely completion of training milestones.
