Job summary

Behavioral Innovations is seeking a Clinical Trainer / Lead RBT at the Bryan Treatment Center to train BTs and RBTs under BCBAs, ensuring progress aligns with BACB standards. You will oversee the training program, coordinate with the therapy team, and guarantee milestones are met for each child’s progress.

The role requires strong leadership, ABA experience, and a commitment to high-quality training, with a competitive compensation package and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least one year of ABA early intervention experience.
• Leadership experience supervising staff.
• Current RBT certification, RBT IV or higher.
• Strong time management, observation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; training others.
• Able to work independently and stay highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide training to clinical staff with direct coordination from BCBAs.
• Ensure training milestones and clinical expectations are met.
• Collaborate clinically with BCBAs to optimize Therapy Team performance.
• Ensure training complies with BACB standards and BI training program.
