Children’s Specialized ABA in Clark EI Center is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) & Scheduling Coordinator to provide advanced clinical support and lead scheduling operations on-site. Core hours are 7:30am to 4pm, guiding therapists, families, and clinicians through daily schedules.

The role emphasizes CR systems expertise, staff training, and program-wide organizational excellence to ensure medically necessary services and high-quality ABA delivery.

Formación

• Experience with Central Reach (CR) systems and onboarding
• Ability to supervise and train staff, coordinate workflows
• Strong scheduling and operational leadership in ABA settings
• Knowledge of ABA services, documentation, and compliance requirements

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced Central Reach (CR) systems oversight and onboarding for new staff.
• Coordinate training, workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design, develop and distribute monthly newsletters aligned with departmental goals.
• Develop and supervise weekly classroom activities and curriculum enhancements.
• Oversee classroom organization systems and ensure compliance with program standards.
• Lead daily schedule planning and resource allocation across classrooms.
• Forecast, manage supply inventory and ensure operational readiness.
• Maintain structured parent communication protocols for updates and needs.
• Support retention programs and recognition initiatives for staff.
• Deliver advanced ABA services in individual or group formats within treatment guidelines.
