Job summary

Centerbrite is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / ABA Therapist for in-home part-time work in Newark, NJ. The role focuses on delivering one-on-one ABA therapy with children, under BCBA supervision, and building essential communication and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification preferred.
• Experience with ABA in-home sessions preferred.
• Reliable transportation for in-home sessions required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes per individualized treatment plans.
• Help children build communication, social, play, and daily living skills through engaging activities.
• Implement skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data, complete session notes, and communicate progress with your BCBA.
• Build genuine, professional relationships with children and families.
