Job summary

United Care ABA-Colorado in Denver is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with supervision from a BCBA. We offer flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time), in-home now with center-based options soon, and pay between $24–$28+ per hour with potential bonuses.

You’ll join a team that values timely pay, clear communication, and growth. As an RBT, you’ll provide 1:1 ABA therapy, follow individualized treatment plans, collect data, and help kids develop

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification.
• Experience with kids in behavioral/educational settings (preferred).
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Passion for helping kids grow in positive environments.
• Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
