Job summary

United Care ABA is hiring BTs and RBTs who want more than just a shift. We back them up, you’ll never be just a number here, and you’ll be part of a team that responds to messages, pays on time, and celebrates growth.

Day-to-day: provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, follow individualized plans, collect data, help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills, and stay in touch with your clinical supervisor while maintaining professional interactions.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification- or willingness to obtain certification
• Experience with kids in behavioral, educational, or developmental settings (preferred, not required)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Passion for helping kids grow in positive, consistent environments
• Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
