Job summary

United Care ABA-New York is hiring for BTs and RBTs to provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. The role supports kids in developing communication, social, and daily living skills with centers in New York.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or willing to complete before start.

Behavior Technician Responsibilities:

• Work directly with children under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized ABA therapy.
• Follow treatment plans and interventions designed to improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills.
• Accurately record session data and provide feedback to supervisors.
• Build strong, consistent relationships with clients and families.
• Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions.
• Participate in team meetings and complete required training.
