Job summary

RTX is seeking a Principal Hardware Integration, Analysis & Test Engineer to join the Receiver/Exciter & Processing Architecture team. You will verify hardware, firmware, and software across radar bands, troubleshoot complex issues, and build data tools to speed diagnostics.

This onsite role requires collaboration across multiple engineering disciplines and significant hands-on testing. Ideal candidates bring a STEM degree with 8+ years of experience and the ability to obtain an Interim Secret

Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in two or more areas for 5+ years.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Interim Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware, software, and firmware verification tests across multiple radar bands and programs.
• Resolve complex issues seen during design, integration, and test of radar sub-systems.
• Build data analysis tools to accelerate engineering work and explore AI/ML assistance.
• Collaborate with hardware designers, firmware developers, software and systems engineers.
• Hands-on hardware test and troubleshooting.
• Write and maintain software that controls and characterizes radar hardware from module to system level.
• Interface with program engineering, production, and systems teams.
• This role is 100% onsite in MA with travel to nearby sites as needed.
