Job summary

RTX's Receiver/Exciter & Processing Architecture (REPA) Department seeks a Principal Integration, Analysis & Test Engineer to support the full radar product lifecycle—development, verification, production and field support. This on-site role will be based in US-MA (Tewksbury or Marlborough) with travel between sites.

Candidates must hold a STEM degree with 8+ years in system integration and testing, plus 3+ years Python/Java/MATLAB. U.S.

Qualifications

Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 8+ years of relevant experience.
7+ years of experience in system or subsystem integration, verification, and test.
3+ years of programming experience in Python, Java or MATLAB.
3+ years of experience with system, subsystem, and/or component analysis, design, or test.
Ability to obtain and maintain an Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Perform Receiver/Exciter data analysis, hardware/firmware/software integration, and system-level troubleshooting.
Execute module and subsystem design verification testing across multiple program environments.
Support automated test software integration for hardware platforms in a production environment.
Contribute to AI/ML and statistical process control initiatives targeting factory test and troubleshoot cycle time reduction.
This role is 100% on-site and will be based in Tewksbury, MA or Marlborough, MA. Some travel is anticipated between multiple sites including Andover, MA and Pelham, NH.
