Job summary

RTX is seeking a multi-disciplined Senior Radar Receiver/Exciter Integration & Test Engineer for the REPA department in Massachusetts. You will solve complex problems across radar receiver/exciter design, integration, and test, interfacing with mechanical, electrical, software, and systems teams.

You must have a STEM degree and 5+ years, plus RF/Radar experience and MATLAB/C/C++ skills; US citizenship and interim or active security clearance required. Onsite role with travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior work experience.
• Experience with RF and radar systems.
• 3+ years in two or more areas: system/subsystem integration, radar design/integration, MATLAB/C/C++, RF circuit design, I/Q data processing.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Interim Secret U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex technical problems in radar Receiver/Exciter design, analysis, integration, and test.
• Liaison between radar system components.
• Support radar integration planning, execution, and reporting.
• Resolve system-level issues seen during design, integration, and test of radar subsystems.
• Analyze radar data to identify performance issues.
• Develop calibration solutions to meet top-level radar specs.
• Collaborate across mechanical, electrical, software and systems engineering disciplines.
• May require up to one-year assignment at a different location and travel (Domestic/International).
• This first-shift, 100% onsite role will be based in MA (Andover, Tewksbury, or Woburn) with travel between sites.
