Job summary

Ford Racing is seeking a Vehicle Integration Engineer to lead end-to-end development, testing, and validation of future Ford Racing products, translating customer insights into vehicle-level requirements and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver segment-defining performance.

You'll manage design confirmation, testing, and validation milestones, ensuring emotional delight features and rigorous gate processes, with a focus on safety, quality, and a world-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead DCV development and launch activities for Ford Racing programs, ensuring gateways and milestones are met with high quality and efficiency.
• Oversee hardware/software maturity tracking and DV efficiency improvements.
• Manage Track and Off-Road Durability testing including logistics and safety.
• Lead final validation of vehicle emotive experiences for external representation.
