Job summary

Ford Racing is seeking a visionary Performance Engineering Manager (LL5) to lead our elite competition engineering team. You will oversee vehicle dynamics, aerodynamics, advanced simulation, trackside engineering, and data analysis to maximize on-track and off-road competitiveness.

Hybrid role with 4 onsite days in Allen Park, MI or Concord, NC, with relocation support. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in motorsports, proven track record managing race engineering teams, and hands-on race

Qualifications

• Progressive engineering experience in motorsports and high-performance racing.
• Leadership of race engineering teams and development of technical talent.
• Experience with vehicle dynamics, aerodynamics, and trackside decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Ford Racing's Performance Engineering department and strategy.
• Oversee vehicle dynamics, aerodynamic development, and data analysis.
• Drive Race-to-Road technology transfer to production programs.
