Job summary

Eaton’s North American Sales Division is seeking a Lead Quotation Specialist to join its Los Angeles District team. This role will lead complex project quotations for large commercial construction and industrial opportunities across Southern California and Hawaii, focusing on pricing strategy and bid management.

You will collaborate with district sales, key channel partners, rep agencies, vertical market leaders, and product line resources to develop competitive quotation and pricing strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five (5) years of large project quotation experience.
• Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver's license. Residency within 75 miles of City of Industry, CA or San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and specifications to develop complete, competitive quotations.
• Develop pricing recommendations and margin strategies with leadership and product teams.
• Support large commercial construction and industrial project pursuits across the Los Angeles District and Hawaii.
• Serve as the district's primary quotations resource for Eaton's CDPA and Power Distribution portfolios.
• Manage and prioritize opportunities typically valued at $500,000 or greater.
