Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within 75 miles of City of Industry, CA or San Diego, CA.
• No immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT support.

Responsibilities

• Review customer plans and specifications to develop complete, competitive quotations.
• Develop pricing recommendations and margin strategies with district sales leadership.
• Support large commercial construction and industrial project pursuits in Southern California and Hawaii.
• Serve as the district's primary quotations resource for Eaton's Commercial Products and Power Distribution portfolios.
• Manage opportunities typically valued at $500,000 or greater and track through Salesforce.
• Collaborate with sales engineers and leadership to improve quote conversion and order capture.
• Maintain relationships with key distribution partners and internal teams.
• Provide timely responses and exceptional customer service to stakeholders.
• Monitor project timelines, quote follow-up, and forecasting activities.
• Communicate market intelligence and pursuit strategy to district leadership.
• Develop, communicate monthly project and bid activity reports within the district.
• Provide ongoing follow-up to drive project success and order conversion.
