Qualifications

• Five years of progressive culinary experience and three years in culinary management.
• Basic knowledge of P&L, labor control, and food cost/recipe costing.
• Strong culinary expertise, attention to detail, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure food quality and safety.
• Manage costs, labor, inventory, and supplies; minimize waste.
• Maintain high sanitation and service standards; support peak periods.
