Lead with Love by mentoring the team, maintaining high food quality and safety standards, and supporting operations during busy periods, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Five years' progressive culinary experience.
• Three years' culinary management experience.
• Culinary degree preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and food production.
• Manage recipe systems, ordering, and requisitions for all outlets.
• Maintain sanitation, HACCP compliance, and inventory control.
