Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Quick Service Chef to lead main kitchen production, manage recipes, and ensure sanitation and food safety standards. You will oversee ordering, inventory, and requisitions across outlets and the associate dining room.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive culinary experience and three years in culinary management.
• Basic knowledge of P&L, labor control and food cost/recipe costing.
• Culinary expertise and strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and quality control.
• Cost management and inventory control, monitoring labor and supplies.
• Maintain high sanitation standards and HACCP compliance.
