Viridian Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Quantitative System Pharmacology (QSP) to drive Model-informed Drug Development across preclinical to clinical programs.

The role blends mechanistic modelling, simulation and strategic leadership in a fast-paced biotech environment. Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent with 6+ years in QSP/T, (m)PBPK, modelling and translational sciences.
• Proven record supporting preclinical, translational and clinical pharmacology aspects.
• Hands-on proficiency with quantitative modelling software and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Lead fit-for-purpose MIDD strategy to accelerate program progression.
• Develop and apply QSP/(m)PBPK models for preclinical to clinical stages.
• Collaborate with biology, chemistry and clinical pharmacology teams.
• Present modelling results to cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Maintain and advance quantitative pharmacology capabilities.
