The Associate Director, Quantitative Clinical Pharmacology will lead cross-disciplinary teams to advance client programs, from study design discussions to model development, simulations, and results presentations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of applied clinical pharmacology experience.
• 4+ years of leading projects and scientists.
• Experience supervising junior scientists and fellows.
• Strong record of presenting results to professional audiences.
• Experience with regulatory interactions and publications.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to implement quantitative clinical pharmacology projects.
• Support protocols, conduct, data analysis, and reporting with colleagues’ support.
• Engage in regulatory interactions with health authorities.
• Provide pharmacometrics consulting using PBPK, population PK/PKPD, and simulations.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity of data, and client communications throughout projects.
