Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Plano, TX is seeking a Quantitative Forecasting Platform Lead to own the roadmap for forecasting tools spanning model implementation and production-grade Python tooling.

You’ll lead a team of model developers and data scientists and serve as the trusted contact for senior stakeholders in Finance, Risk, and Technology. You will translate complex technical work into clear outcomes, manage governance, and drive GenAI-enabled applications that improve forecasting workflows

Qualifications

• 8+ years in quantitative analytics or related fields.
• Proven production-grade Python pipelines experience.
• Experience with forecasting models in finance or risk domains.
• Ownership of end-to-end platform with production support.
• Experience in stakeholder-heavy environments and decision making.
• Strong communication skills for non-technical audiences.
• Leadership experience of engineers and data scientists.
• Understanding of controls and MDLC practices.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the roadmap for forecasting tools supporting stress tests and BAU exercises.
• Ensure tooling is robust, scalable, auditable across production cycles.
• Establish standards for code quality, documentation, testing, and readiness.
• Implement quantitative models in Python with production-grade pipelines.
• Partner with model risk and governance stakeholders for documentation and controls.
• Prototype and productionize GenAI applications to improve productivity.
• Serve as the accountable owner for deliverables and governance routines.
• Translate complex technical details into clear outcomes for non-technical audiences.
• Lead and develop a team of quantitative developers and data scientists.
• Coach engineers on CI/CD, testing, and environment management.
• Ensure data quality, monitoring, lineage, access, and repeatability; drive incident response.
