Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in product management with a focus on data-driven solutions.
• Strong understanding of Databricks architecture and Python coding.
• Experience in developing and executing forecasting models.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop comprehensive product roadmaps.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze forecasting processes to design optimized solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and model enhancements.
• Collaborate with tech teams, P&A, Controllers, Risk, and other partners to align on requirements.
• Develop and manage a scorecard of metrics to track success.
• Deliver on AI agenda and automation of forecasting-related activities.
• Articulate a product vision and strategy to guide development efforts.
• Develop a roadmap for onboarding models onto cloud-based architecture (Databricks).
• Leverage JIRA/JIRA Align to align stories, epics, and initiatives to the product roadmap.
