Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
• 7+ years of professional experience with forecasting models and planning.
• Experience with model governance frameworks and validation processes.
• Knowledge of model lifecycle management and documentation standards.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Ability to present analysis clearly to senior leaders.
• Demonstrated leadership influencing multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and documentation of the model portfolio.
• Evaluate performance, recalibration opportunities, and enhancements.
• Lead annual and periodic model reviews for governance and compliance.
• Coordinate with Model Risk Governance, Risk, Finance, and Technology.
• Prepare proposals, validation materials, and supporting analyses.
• Document methodology changes and data source updates before production.
• Represent Finance in governance discussions and regulatory reviews.
• Lead a team of 3
